That division holds up well against the local clock. Nigeria stays on UTC+1 all year, so the European session runs through the middle of the working day and the stretch when European and American trading overlap falls in the local afternoon and early evening. Those are the hours when something usually needs looking at and the machine in front of you is whatever happens to be available.
Looking is what a browser session does with no preparation at all. Nothing is installed, so an office desktop, a laptop belonging to someone else, or a phone with no space left will each open the account, and closing the tab ends its presence there. The state comes from the server, so the same picture appears wherever the next sign-in happens.
Building is the other half, and it stays with the desktop terminals. Saved templates, custom indicators and automated strategies live on the machine they were set up on, which is why that work belongs to an evening at a personal computer rather than to a borrowed machine at midday.
